Logo Project
65% of seniors smoke pot daily
-By 8th grade, 28% of adolescents have consumed alcohol
-1 in 12 teens have attempted suicide
The teenage years are a time full of angst. Instead of running away from problems through drugs, suicide, or other harmful actions, we encourage running or other physical practices. This will both relieve stress and introduce teens' bodies to a healthier lifestyle.
